My foot doctor told me the neuropathy in my feet was caused by nerve damage from being on my feet on a cement floor 40+ hours a week for many years at work.
It would seem like compression fractures in your spine could cause nerve damage to your spine. Do you know that you definitely have compression fractures, or do you suspect it? Have you asked your doctor?
