No, but do you have a typo in your question? πŸ€” Is that Marrow Bone? Sounds like it might be useful. When trialling natural supplements for bone health, l use my fingernails as an indicator....if their condition starts to improve, l know l'm on a good thing. The fingernails seem to be the last thing to respond, as the body prioritizes where the repairs need to be done....so if my finger/toenails are getting stronger, and need cutting, l know that the supp has gone right through my system, with enough goodness to spare, even down to my nails. Come to think of it, drinking bone broth, or using bone broth in cooking would have to be useful, too! Love to you. Bev x0 πŸ’ͺ🦴
