Hi I’ve Even Diagnosed With Hyper Parathyroid Disorder And They Keep Wanting To Operate, However All My Bloods Are In Normal Range
You are right to keep getting it checked God only know how female bodies can go from one extreme up and down like yo yo 🤷♀️
Hi, Marian,
When I had my bloodwork done , my ParaThyroid level came back elevated. Had done again it was normal. Then High again, and its been normal since. I am going to ask my Rehmotoligist to check it again to see if its normal. I also did not have any problems with the Vit. D and the Calcium. Weird. Have them check it again a couple of times
Hi Heleweli, I am surprised you do not have elevated parathyroid. That is the first sign of Hyperparathyroidism. Mine has been elevated up a little every check with the endocrinologist. She says that it is not too elevated and won’t rush into surgery. My blood calcium is also monitored and bone density. If those too get to a bad level then surgery will be necessary. Keep getting checked on a regular basis. I see my endocrinologist annually now. Hope you get some answers from your doctor.
Take care.
I have never heard of this condition before, you should research it and decide yourself if you need surgery.
