Discussion About Tomatoes. Seems Several People R Saying Tomatoes Have No Good Nutrition For Osteoporosis Patients.
Well, I care to defer. I love tomatoes & will continue eating & enjoying them whenever I can. I started researching & here is the first thing I found. Please read 2 attached pages.
Thanks. London
Thank you London, for ur research ... interesting. No matter whether tomatoes have any benefit for osteoporosis or not, I will continue to enjoy them as often as I like.
Love me a homegrown beefsteak sandwich! π
I'll continue to eat tomatoes as I love them they do have some benefits hugs carolxxx
Some tomatoes have heavy acid and some have very low acid, depends on the variety. I prefer the lighter acid as some types give me sores on my lips. But I eat tomatoes almost every day. Donβt know if they help bones but they are good for you.
I read quite a while ago that anyone with arthritis shouldn't eat raw tomatoes as they're acidic but heated or cooked is fine π
Toms are also one of your 5aday I rat them every day carolxxx
