Thank you London, for ur research ... interesting. No matter whether tomatoes have any benefit for osteoporosis or not, I will continue to enjoy them as often as I like.

Some tomatoes have heavy acid and some have very low acid, depends on the variety. I prefer the lighter acid as some types give me sores on my lips. But I eat tomatoes almost every day. Don’t know if they help bones but they are good for you.

I read quite a while ago that anyone with arthritis shouldn't eat raw tomatoes as they're acidic but heated or cooked is fine πŸ…
