Why Do We Shrink With Osteoporosis,
Had a Drs appointment Friday or yesterday, I've lost even more height as I've lost another 1/4 of a inch, I hate this.

@A MyOsteoTeam Member hello yes I have lost several centimetres in height from compression fractures plus a Scoliosis bend on the right side of my ribs plus rounded shoulders.
(Personally I was 5 ft 7 in tall and I am now 5ft2”!)
I don’t let it stop me from getting outdoors daily here at Maroochydore on the Sunshine Coast of sunny Queensland and I walk about 3 to 5 kilometres most days in Subtropical Australia fir exercise and the Vitamin D.
I take 2 x 1000iu Vitamin D3 daily plus the Prolia injection every 6months. My Bone Density test results were a little better and I have lost 16kg in the past 2 years to ease the pressure on my joints and it’s helping me with my Osteoarthritis pain relief too and I am feeling great!

@A MyOsteoTeam Member unfortunately I have lost height too snd I have to wear my shoes with the wedge heels to reach the clothes lines outdoors

Why If Osteoporosis Doesn't Cause Any Pain Why Do I Have Pain All Day Mainly Right Hip Leg Ankle And Lower Back ?
I Have Fibromyalgia And I Wonder Does Anyone Else? How Do You Know If Your Pain Is From That Or From The Osteoporosis?
