What Are The Different Stages Of Osteoporosis? I Was Told A Few Years Ago I Was Told I Have Stage 4. I Am Not Sure What Stage I Am At Now.

I really don't think we should go by the "stages" as they call them. We need to go by the severity of bone loss as in the T-score of a dexa scan. After you turn 40, you should have a dexa scan every 2 years.
