I Would Like To Know If Any Of You Are On A Vegan Diet.
@A MyOsteoTeam Member hello 👋 I am the same but I like vegetables 🥕. It’s Summertime and I like salad vegetables 🥗🥬🥑
I enjoyed my evening meal yesterday (Boxing Day here) was chicken breast with salad including some Pasta salad; potato salad, coleslaw with lettuce homegrown tomatoes 🍅 and Continental cucumber and garlic Aioli mayonnaise and a glass of sparkling wine and a strawberry 🍓
Also I have added you to my team to stay in touch with you. I walk daily for exercise so my joints stay flexible and my balance has improved greatly

I am rarely hungry and have a small stomach, so I eat all the foods I like. Vegtables are not one of them. I am still a little overweight but don't care on most days. I believe life is to be lived and enjoy what you can. So if you enjoy the vegan foods, I say go for it!
No, I had never tried it. My brother had heart problems for years . He watched his diet very closely. One day he asked his doctor why is it that I watch everything I eat and still I have medical problems. He said everyone’s body reacts differently to the food we eat. Unfortunately with all the medical knowledge we have to help our patients, when your time is up, there is nothing more we can do for you. That is part of life we all have to face. He was told that over twenty years ago. His doctor died a young man and my brother lived until he reached 90.
I know this has nothing to do with your question but it just reminded me of what my brother had told me years ago.
I wish you the best with your diet.
Merry Christmas and a Happy, Healthy New Year.
Hugs
Cathy
I’m not a vegan as I grew up eating meat from a young age as my dad worked at the Brisbane Abattoirs and he bought home a lot of meat on his old favourite Bicycle and I haven’t been able to face Tripe or Brains since?

no vegan diet, just try to eat better foods and not the bad foods, I do eat chicken, NOT fried, but baked or air fried or in homemade soup.
