I lost over an inch of height. I am 74 and I take Apo-Naproxen 250mg when needed and also I take a medication for my stomach as the above can be hard on your stomach. I try and stay active but there are days that I run around the house doing housework running up and down stairs. So because I actually haven't been diagnosed with Osteoporosis I wonder if I belong here.
