I do. My doctor showed me an exercise to stretch ligaments or something in my legs. I have to wear good shoes with arch support. I sleep in over the counter night splints that prevent foot drop. Helps a lot. I also take glucosamine.

I have found good quality orthotics, physiotherapy and chiropractic back treatment to be the best treatment for plantar fasciitis. I also have flat feet and a bunion. I hope you can find some relief.

Hi Jean, I don't have plantar faciatus but I am flat footed which can cause it. I have to wear arch supports in my shoes to help me walk without pain. The arthritis is still there, especially in my right foot which is getting quite deformed, but not as painful as the joints, thank God!! Sincerely hope they can help you.🥰
