My GP told me that most people in our Canadian climate don't get enough Vitamin D and I take supplements every day. Rihgt now, my Osteo is OK...I am having a Crohn's flareup. Not fun.

Prednisone is a known risk factor for your bones.

#Risley236, I take vitamin D3 7000 lU capsule once a week.
So I guess 1000 once a day of vit D3.
