I don't have the answer to your question but I can tell you that my osteoarthritis is really, really bad and Everytime my blood is checked mine is always low.. I'm an outside person and they say that if you spend 10 minutes a day in the sun, that's all the vitamin d you need... well that's not true for me...I had to take prescription vitamin d until mine got back to normal, now I can take over the counter one's...I believe this arthritis destroys a lot of what our bodies need... I'm on iron pills too, I have to have a prescription for those.. it's hell, literally living with this on a daily basis, especially when you have other types too... hope you find the answers to your question 👍🙏

When I am low on vitamin d I notice I start losing my hair, feel tired all the time and very low in mood. I also take iron and like to be outside every day whatever the weather.
