Had another Dexa Scan last Thursday and as usual, it was bad. I had been on Fosamax for 5 years and my Doctor took me off and checked the Dexa Scan a year latter. I’m trying to avoid taking another osteoporosis drug. That’s the reason for my question. I would like to try that combination of meds that I am asking about.

@A MyOsteoTeam Member Read your message, in my medicine regimen I incorporate all what you mentioned. I was diagnosed with Osteoporosis in the spine, and osteopenia in left hip, in January 2019 But as @A MyOsteoTeam Member mentioned I agree with her whole message ,I haven’t been back for a DEXA scan, I feel just as I did 4-5 years ago, I read up on all the Dr. osteoporosis meds ( drugs) being my own advocate, I said no to the medication ( drugs) and been doing all my own research, I was told from my test how much D3 , calcium , zinc to take , and I have incorporated all bone vitamins. I keep looking for better , Try to eat bone healthy foods, and the right Exercise for me, So for me I take BONE UP, Centrum silver women over 50, Fish oil, collagen peptides+probiotics, a supplement called (Bone health) ( only two ingredients) for bone, from Native Path, But all of these incorporates D3, Calcium, zinc, K, K2, Mk-7 , magnesium, manganese, so much more , I feel good, I just watch that I do not fall, twist wrong , just be careful and enjoy my 10 grandkids, 3 great grandkids, enjoy yourself, I pray that GOD keeps my health at Bay and others on this website as well😘Sorry so lengthy, hope this helps some Blessings Debbie

Yes, l do. You can read my story, but I will say that I had a 10% improvement in the first year. Pharma could offer me only 5% at best, over 5 years. So l have continued. I have had a lot of stress since, so progress has slowed, but I will not go onto biphosfinates, now that l fully understand how they work, and l worry less about scan results, since researching what they actually measure. I have not had a bone break for three years, despite slips and trips, and my fingernails are growing, so that tells me that my body has enough of what it needs to strengthen my skeleton. When you're on a good thing, stick to it, as the old Mortein ad used to say! I also take vit C and all the B's, lowered my caffeine, and take a brisk walk most days. Hope this helps. Let's get well together! 😊👍❤️🦋🏆💪

I really don’t want the injections. Had been on Fosamax for 5 years. They then took me off of it for a year. My Dexa Scans are always going to be bad as I take 3 meds ( and have been taking 2 of them most of my life ) so not sure anything will help.
Do you have to order the Vit. K2-MK7 online?
