I’ve been injecting every day with Forteo for 2 years. I have 7 more to go. My bone density is scheduled for August 26 this year. Cross my fingers that this stuff works. The ladies that I play cards with get their shots every 6 months. Can’t remember the name but it seems to agree with them.

They want to start me on Prolia and I am not wanting to take injections for the rest of my life. My Dexa Scans are and have been bad. It really doesn’t help that I am on a few meds that have had a big negative impact on my bones. Looking to maybe include Vit. K2-MK7 along with Magnesium and my Calcium and Vit. D3.

Hi Donna, if you’re experiencing pain try a cannabis rub. I rub in the sauve and put the heating pad. Oh, feels so good. I live in Canada so cannabis is legal.

I'm on Prolia every 6 months. I get a few side effects like some muscle aches but they do go away in time. I went from Osteoporosis to Osteopenia. So I know it's helping. Oral drugs made my jaws lock.
