I have a thermomex heating pad it stays on my recliner and I turn it on often. The deep heat encourages blood flow and is the only thing that helps with my pain.

Brenda ,
I would try an ice pack on left your static nerve (left butt cheek) for 10min at a time.
I'd lie down if possible and listen to some music 🎡 🎢 you love.
I hope this works for you.

@A MyOsteoTeam Member hello I get relief from the nerve pain and pain from fractures from my Rechargeable HeatPod which I put on either my left side or right. It works on the pain of my fractured ribs and my Sciatic nerve pain
