On my phone, settings is on the left hand corner. There are two bars. Click on that and settings should pop down. Then do what Granterry said. Hope you start seeing your emails!

Good morning, how is your weather up there?. Mount Gambier, South Australia is have a cold patch, (we are in winter ) with the max being 11 c today. Photo shows me & a friend's dog Jack. I was 80 in March.

@A MyOsteoTeam Member hello my dear friend and I have learned an important lesson from almost being run over on a corner where there are no traffic lights to give me the protection from the traffic and I will get off the bus at the stop where I am able to walk home in safely which have traffic lights on the streets where I can walk home in relative safety
