Also nerve firing all round ribcage. Im used to living with chronic pain but this new bilateral spasms have taken to whole new level.

I'm having mri scan tomorrow so hopefully I'll be able to get answers.
Hi, have you ever tried acupuncture? It can work wonders. It may take a few visits, but it's worth it. I have used it myself for leg pain. Good luck to you!

I had another fall before Christmas and fractured L5. I had already broken L2 and 3.
I was bedridden for two weeks. I’m now taking Pregabalin, Venaflaxine and Cocodamol and at last I’m pain free. I have an excellent physio and have had acupuncture and I do my physio exercises 3 times a day. It isn’t all rosey I still suffer back pain when walking I get about 100 yards and the pain sets in. I am waiting for a spinal injection and hope this helps me more.
Kendall Malloy, Chicago, IL Hi Heleno, I'm with Julie7, I've been using acupuncture since I was a Joffrey ballerina, which was BC (kidding). I'm very sensitive to most meds. I'm doing herbal alternatives. I actually beat Leukemia years ago using herbal alternatives. Also, I use this hemopathic topical gel, Triflora (By B&T). It's for arthritis but I've used it on ballet tendinitis, used when I did track as an undergrad, et. Still use it. Amazon & health food stores carry it. Hope you are feeling better. Stay strong. HUGS
Thanku Jennifer. I'm having horrendous issues with chronic pain when lying in bed... Can't get up without horrendous pain lower back. Had to call paramedics. Not sure if kidney or back related. I was doing so well. My anxiety worse again. It's sad as want to enjoy remaining years.
Hopefully we both buck up.
