Ask your doctor but my doctor told me to take two parts calcium and one part magnesium and grape seed extract and olive leaf extract and curcumin and ever since then my bones have been strong and yogurt and probiotics she recommends and I had two major falls with no factures or broken bones and no osteoporosis since taking these. She also said bone broth is very good for bones. She told me these naturpathic pills are better than bone building drugs and she goes on TV talking about this often

First of all, make sure you talk to your doctor because we are all so different. I exercise daily... weight-bearing & stretching exercises, eat healthy foods and I take a daily vitamin. I can't take supplements due to the additives cause me medical issues. I was taking calcium 1200 mg daily, magnesium, B12 and D. I also find warm heat helps. (I've read a new study "may" help improve bone growth. Wouldn't that be awesome???❤️❤️
