Does Osteoporosis Affect The Bones In Your Hands? I Also Have Osteoarthritis. Both Hands Are Always Very Sore And Painful.

A MyOsteoTeam Member asked a question 💭
Scotland, uk

As a result I drop things regularly. Not a safe situation. My right hand freezes on the back of my hand and it is so very painful for up to an hour until it goes away I have been unable to wear my wedding ring or any other rings on either hand
Interested in knowing if anyone else is affected by this

Thank you Marylou

Maintaining Balance and Osteoporosis Read Article...

I drop things all the time since early 1990’s I read this is because of osteoporosis but recently met a physio who said this was rubbish and proceeded to tell me what osteoporosis was. I took part in the Five Million Womens study this was before I knew I had osteoporosis, so I think I know a lot about it. I also do research with Bio Banks and various other reasearch studies.
