Don't beat urself up. Just start learning all u can now & step by step put the info into ur life. Take a deep breath....read everything on this site u can including all posts. U never know when a gem will pop up. Remember Good Nutrition, Movement, less stress, Rest, & think about supplements. Read about the good foods for OP & read about the foods u should not eat. Consult with ur Dr. If u feel the Dr is not helpful, honest etc. Look for a better Dr. Never b afraid to ask a question...of ur Dr. or this site. Blessings to all....Hugs. London ♥️♥️

Hello Helen6, the pain is awful, we all can associate with that, so many of us are on different levels. Judy's suggestion of heat pad is well worth trying, also if you can get a small sheep skin to lie or sit on, the continued warmth is a huge help. Blessings and Love Joan xxx

@A MyOsteoTeam Member hello I am sorry to hear about your pain and I have found relief with my rechargeable Heat Pod for my back pain. I take it to bed at night and it helps blood circulation and helps my sciatic nerve pain more so than anything else including Lyrica and Celebrex. I also take supplements like D3 1000iu capsules; Magnesium and other supplements. I’m also getting a 6monthly Prolia injection.Hugs from Judyxx
