yes, I have been getting the shots now for over 6 years. every 6 months
my doctor said to take a break this year and get the shot just once. My Osteo. has reversed. Now its just Osteopenia, which half the population has! So, dont worry so much and get it. I have NO side effects. Dont get Reclast, I got that before this, and made me sick!!
