I had Kyphoplasty on two of my fractures. The pain was even worse so I elected to let the last 3 heal on their own. It seemed everytime I visited the doctor I had another fracture. I lived the next 3 months without being able to sit, stand, sleep or hold anything. I sat in my recliner doing excercises as I could to improve mobility. Then I broke my foot/ankle 5 places. The only relief I got was using heat/massager. I didn't take opiods for pain. They don't help. I will take Acetaminophen if my pain becomes to bad. (Nurses tell me not to wait that long). I wish you well on this journey my fellow Osteo sister.
