@A MyOsteoTeam Member, weight gain from vitamin D? I don't think so.
I have taken 7000IU once a week for the last 10 years of vitamin D.
I am nearly the same weight as 10 years ago.
Take care, Josie xo

I've been taking D3 5000 IU's for about 2 yrs. Don't know if that is causing my wt. gain. Good question to ask my Rheumotologist next time I see him.

This is the 10th epilepsy medication I've tried and haven't been on it long. Also minimal dosage.

Most epilepsy medications cause weight gain. Talk to your doctor about a change if you’re gaining to much
