I'm Still Using Vitamin Supplements Over 2 Years Later. If I Want To Incorporate Vitamin K2, How Much Do I Need? Thanks Everyone. Kendall

@A MyOsteoTeam Member, I take 1 tablet (90 micrograms) of vitamin K2 a day.
The packet says take 2 daily with food. If my bone density doesn't improve I might take 2. I also take collagen & magnesium but not calcium, as I have enough in my blood. Take care, love Josie xo

I take mine in a combo calcium, magnesium, vit D3and vit K

I take these four which between them contain the magnesium, biotin, collagen, boron, D3, and K2 that people on here recommended. My body doesn't absorb vitamins and supplements well, so three of the four are liquid/dissolving/chewable ones which allow them to get into your blood stream easier.
