Hmmm. I have found that the only people to espouse this to me as truth are the medico's! 😏 I do believe that it has a certain amount of pain, just as children's bones hurt sometimes, as they grow. I have discovered that my family has an inherited inability to absorb magnesium efficiently... and one of the symptoms of low magnesium absorption is aching bones, aside from many others. I take a magnesium capsule once a day, which has a combination of different forms of magnesium (all but magnesium citrate, which upsets my tummy!) It has greatly helped, and l know that it is now assisting with calcium absorption. My magnesium capsule also contains zinc, which works hand-in-hand with the magnesium. Good for the immune system, too. And the brain...(so l don't do so many dumb things like lifting things in an awkward way!πŸ€ͺ) l would suggest getting your spine Xrayed/scanned for crush/compression fractures, as the pain from those can be pretty awful, and will radiate out through the ribs, and the chest bone. I have one that has "healed", and if l aggrevate it, the pain is in my ribs and chest bone. Errff! Observe also, if the pain in your bones is related to changes in the weather, as any chronic condition will worsen/hurt more when the barometric preasure drops... and up to 48 hours before the storm/rain/cool change comes in!! πŸ“‰ 🌬🌫🌧
I hope this has been helpful to you. I will be praying for you for great improvement, and finding out any root causes. God bless. Love and hugs from me, Bev. X0πŸ™‚β€πŸ’ͺπŸ¦΄πŸ€Έβ€β™€οΈ

Compression fractures in my spine were the triggers that led to me finding out that I had osteoporosis. It hurt like hell. I am so careful when walking around. I daren’t go outside on my own because I’m so frightened.

My life is so different now, to what it used to be, but I have to make the most of it.

You probably have osteoarthritis and thats what is hurting. No pain with osteoporosis unless you break a bone.
