Yes! I love to cook for myself! I love to cook vegetables and beef but not a lot but unfortunately you have to have the money to buy it Chicken I love chicken and I also love seafood. I've been told by one of my physicians to follow a Mediterranean diet which is filled with vegetables and seafood and it's really easy to follow so and I did follow that for a very long time.

That is a lot of fractures. Did you have any type treatment? I agree a positive attitude is the best way to cope..

I had an Allergic Reaction to All Osteo- Porodic Medications, including Fortea way back to the Fosomax. After Using Chemotherapy Aredia for 5 yrs.I now have 16 fractures in Most of my body,Not Healing. 63,My C-Spine is the last to go,God Willing.
