hi, i'm U.K. as well..broke my spine in 2 places since Dec...boy did it hurt..And yes, my whole ribcage hurts...I was told it's because when i broke the bones,i've shrunk and it's making my ribcage 'squish' down.... I personally think it's costochondritis,inflammation of the rib joints...
