How Do I Get Out Of Deep Depression And Anxiety From Osteoporosis Breaks And Continuous Nerve Pain
I think it sounds time to talk to your gp, she/he might suggest a physchologist or medication. It's very hard to deal with chronic pain and so tiring, hang in there. It sounds like it's become overwhelming and time to get help.Hang in there.
@A MyOsteoTeam Member hello I suffer from depression and anxiety and I have found that going outdoors with my 4 wheeled walker for some exercise in the sun helps my state of mind and helps to maintain my balance and my body is keeping fit . I have had a multitude of fractures 10 fractures and a broken rib from a trip fall on 17th March inside the apartment and I spent 10 days in the hospital.
Because I had walked an average of 2.8 kilometres per day for 26 weeks prior to the fall I recovered quite quickly but ad I had punctured my left lung and it caused a lot of fluid to be drained from the chest. I was on oxygen too
Iām doing okay at present
