Hi Diana, I assume you are talking about Bisphosphonates for Osteoporosis.
I wouldn't take any but other sufferers need to do their own research. As far as I can tell at least in the UK the only people they benefit are the doctors who prescribe them and anyone involved in the pharmaceutical companies.
