While additional research is needed, lactoferrin (LF) looks promising for reparing and regenerating tissue and inhibiting bone loss in osteoporosis. LF is considered safe even for children, so I'll try it! :)
that article was published in 2004, and there was a lot of unclear information. There are companies that sell anything they can to make money, whether it really works or not, they don't care. And meanwhile, many people are spending a lot of money on things that they are hoping will help them, but they don't. To find information on good products you need to go to mayo clinic or webmd.
There are thousands of companies out there just waiting for some desperate person with great expectations, to buy their product. We need to research products that are questionable and find several sources of reliable information on that product.
