One last message, My step brother a prominent lawyer who was just under the prime minister of Canada years ago has talked with me a lot today about all the things going on in politics with Trudeau. He thinks highly of me and I have known him for many years. It made for an interesting afternoon. Merry Christmas

Dear ladies, My life has taken a turn for the better and got so busy but wanted to say in my 40s I had severe osteoporosis and instead of taking bone building drugs I took natural things and now at age 74 I got my ultrasound records and they show for the past 10 years I am at very low risk of fractures, so low they do not recommend bone building drugs. That is good as my mother and sister were both in a wheel chair with osteoporosis and my aunt died of it and my grandmother had pagets disease a type of bone disease. I am on 3 drugs that cause osteoporosis yet am okay. There are a lot of natural things that help bones.
