I have been on Prolia for a few years and have had no issues .I had read all the negative reports too , but chose to go with it .I has also helped my thumbs which were swollen and painful and my last scan showed it had reversed my osteoporosis to osteopenia .Have another scan next month ,so that will be interesting .
You always have to have your injection on the due date ,that is very important .
I don't take risks and am extremely careful of hazards where I am walking.
Also take calcium, vitamin d and magnesium .

Thanks, April. I had a Reclast infusion and ended up in the hospital, then went on alendronate which didn’t slow progression, and now supposed to start the Prolia.

Hi! I was on Prolia 4 years and it stopped slowing the progression so had a reclast infusion to bridge me over and now on Tymlos daily injections since May. No side effects from any of them. Prayers you find one that helps and is worth the risks.
