Thank you Mimilee
After reading various post from my Osteo friends i think it's best I keep taking my calcuim pills as normal until I get schedule bloodwork od vitamin D.I say this because when first diagnosed with Osteoporosis in2014 I was taking the maximum dose of calcuim and bloodwork shown my calcuim levels too high had to stop a couple of months until it read normal. Therefore it's best I trust in my bloodwork and God.Thanks for the info. It always appreciated.
Sending hugs πŸ«‚ have a blessed day

Dr recommending Prolia for me. As of right now, I'm taking 1200 mg calcium (lactaid with calcium 500mg) a cup x2, then trying to eat yogurt or take a supplement to reach the 1200 daily goal, plus 1000 IU D3, weight bearing exercises. Staying POSITIVE and PROACTIVE in this journey.

OH MYπŸ€” you've never taken calcuim pills or you're off them temporarily? I recall my bloodwork vitamin D level was a bit elevated so instead of my taking 2 pills he directed me to take 1 that was 18 months ago My vitamin D level has been normal...Thank you for that info,I greatly appreciate it....sending πŸ«‚ hugs
