Your doctor may want you to advance to an injectable bone building medication. Mind did. I was on Prolia for 2 1/2 years. My bone Dexa scan Showed improvement but my doctor still wanted me to go on Reclast. I will know in August if that drug worked.

Oh really, that’s interesting . I hope Reclast works for you. I’m wondering why at age 61 (having been diagnosed with Osteopenia in my late 30’s) why I was told I’d be on it for life? I didn’t even think you could be on it long term.
