I use cider vinegar but didn’t know to do a foot soak. I’ll do that with the Epsom's salt. Thanks for sharing

MaryW hello to you from the sunny Sunshine Coast Queensland Australia.
Has your Doctor referred you to be assessed by the Persistsnt Pain Clinic?

I was in a terrible state of pain in late 2017 early 2018 when I had several heavy falls due to weakness and confusion when l was recovering from Phennomia COP which filled my airways and lungs with inflammation and I was on strong Steroids and Opioids 🙇🏼‍♀️ and they sent me GaGa.

Also if You have a spa bath buy some Magnesium salts and bathe daily in a warm bath and it works as a lady l know could barely walk due to crippling arthritis and she was fit and it was amazing after just 3 months of doing this!🙏

Wish I could pass on some helpful advice, but i can't. I'm probably not managing it as well as you are, but i hope you can find a solution.
