MaryW hello to you from the sunny Sunshine Coast Queensland Australia.
Has your Doctor referred you to be assessed by the Persistsnt Pain Clinic?
I was in a terrible state of pain in late 2017 early 2018 when I had several heavy falls due to weakness and confusion when l was recovering from Phennomia COP which filled my airways and lungs with inflammation and I was on strong Steroids and Opioids 🙇🏼♀️ and they sent me GaGa.
Also if You have a spa bath buy some Magnesium salts and bathe daily in a warm bath and it works as a lady l know could barely walk due to crippling arthritis and she was fit and it was amazing after just 3 months of doing this!🙏

Wish I could pass on some helpful advice, but i can't. I'm probably not managing it as well as you are, but i hope you can find a solution.
