Ok I have been looking at Algae Cal I'm hoping once I show it to my doctor that she will let me switch to Alage cal Soo I don't have to take Prolia
That will be on the 8th next week I was also reading that dried Plums are good for building back bones making them stronger.
Have an awesome night.

Algae Cal is just expensive calcium. Prolia is supposed to grow bone, but the bone that it grows is an inferior quality and is prone to have higher statistics for femur fractures down the road. Check it out on these websites: webmd, mayoclinic, and johnhopkins.

I agree! You need to trust that your endocrinologist is looking out for your best interests. The oath they take states "do no harm".

There are many great doctors out there, but, there are also a few bad ones, so I like to do my research. Another thing to think about is that these endo doctors aren't getting any money, if they are not giving you the injections. The one I went to didn't seem to care about me as a person, just another patient. She didn't want to hear that I would have to do some research on prolia, before I would take it. She wanted me to get started on it right sway.
