may lesson it some. just be sure quallty kind, organic and lab tested every month by an independent lab. In the USA there are only about four on market that qualify on the independent lab testing when I checked. If severe pain may take 1000 mg a day and that runs over one hundred dollars a month in USA and insurance doesnt pay here/

It helps a bit and takes my pain level down from 8/10 to 5/6 out of 10.
As I can’t take any painkillers it does help a bit on a bad day.

I tried it too, did very little. I have had 3 compression fractures and now dealing with multiple disc bulges and a possible herniated disc, and a new fracture in my thoracic area, I am in excruciating pain. Going for another MRI as the doc wants to see what is going on, waiting for insurance to approve it. Meanwhile, I am finally getting some pain relief with a low dose of Norco (I only take before I go to work so I can do my job with minimal pain.)
I do believe CBD balm works for low-level pain, also aches/muscle aches, but for this kind of pain, for me, no
