To strengthen your hands, try using a squeeze ball or even just a regular tennis ball. Go slow though as you don’t want to cause pain from overuse. It’s similar to weight lifting.

That's what I do play with a stress ball watching TV or listening to music it has helped in right hand but I have to see a neurologist about left
