Pain In The Muscles Of The Back
Does anyone else suffer from muscle pain in the back and does anyone every feel that their ankles could just break.
Yes I have awful muscle pain in my back, r shoulder, ribs R side 😫

Hi Jan Tupper, I shall try the massages when I get time. A good chiropractor helps me.
Swimming or walking in a heated pool & going in a sauna helps my muscles.
