I only want max 125 mcg
If I get liquid k2, can I mix it into my Yogurt ??

There are tablet or powder ones you can open and half of 180 tastes is sweet.

I've been on Spring Valley k2 that I bought from walgreens and have had no problems. I also have a very sensitive stomach.
