For me is Celebrex, I use it on and off in the smallest dose 100ml just as soon as I feel the particular type of pain which can become worst without any help from an ant inflammatory medication. Good luck. Patrizia

I wish I knew of one, Tramadol makes me feel sick and Ill. I take Hedex (paracetamol and caffeine) and lay down on and off. I have a short walk about 15 mins and a few exercises the physio gave me.
