I walk twice a day for 20 mins to keep muscle and bone strength - is this enough exercise?

Swimming is good also plus what I call water exercise where u are pushing against the water and walking in the swimming pool I found that helped also carol

Have also missed many walking times since my dog passed also winter in Canada makes it difficult.....

You should add weight bearing / resistance exercises to your walking. If you have an OsteoStrong gym near you, I highly recommend them.

They say 10,000 steps is good. I think gradually increasing your nummbet every day helps. I have slacked since my dog passed and I know my back is protesting. Started back today with a friend. At 8,000 so far today. It’s 5:00 pm so may not get to many more today.
