I had been on glucosamine chondroitan for about 8 years and decided to stop. It did not make any difference except I saved $$. Think it works differently on different people. Did not do anything for me

I took it for about 8 years. Decided to stop. It did not make any difference plus I was saving $$. I am on Fosamax almost three years, bone have stop losing density
