Is There A Easier Way To Sit Down On A Sun Lounger And Get Up Too. Getting Up And Down Anywhere Is Troublesome.

@A MyOsteoTeam Member, I have given up sitting on a sun lounge. I take a folding chair to the beach. Only sit on upright chairs. I am 78 & have had OsteoArthritis for 30 years & osteoporosis for nearly 20 years.
