I had a bad fall from the tailgate of our truck. The fracture didn’t show on the er. When I had a Ct it showed up on T-2 t3 with severe compression. What is your experience with your back

I have 3 slipped discs from a car accident but because I have osteoarthritis in my spine, there is nothing they can do. Just pain killers which I do not like taking.
