Reclining Chair For Osteoporosis
Hello Susana2. I have used an electric recliner for years due to previous spinal fractures. When my back and legs are hurting, it’s much easier to get up and down.
Oh, London, thank you! I need a friend to accompany me in this journey. I can see how fragile we are. A big 🤗 Susana

O, I understand wanting to b careful. I just turned 78, been diagnosed with OP almost 3 yrs. I did well on good diet, weight bearing exercise & supplements. Now I have Chronic Kidney Disease & have to change my diet. I'm worried it will mess up my OP. My osteoarthritis is worse now, then years ago. I don't know I probably would consider looking at a recliner that also helps lift u out of the chair....depends, that might be helpful now. Good luck on checking them out. Hugs London ♥️
Thank you London. I will try them on Monday.. there are so many “intelligent features” nowadays. I am so afraid of making the “wrong” move and break or fracture a bone. Yet, I am just as scared of taking any osteoporosis med (developed Barretts esophagus with Fosamax) and I don’t want to put more demands on my endocrine system at 80 y.o.

Hi, I don't c any details on ur question? I have a non electric LazyBoy recliner for 30 yrs & love it. Had another for 15 yrs before that. I always sat in them before buying to make sure they fit me. They r comfortable & relaxing before & after back pain, arthritis & osteoporosis. My favorite chair. London ♥️
