Reclast Side Effects from Web MD website
Nausea, tiredness, flu-like symptoms (such as fever, chills, muscle/joint aches), dizziness, headache, or pain/redness/swelling at the injection site may occur. Most of these side effects are mild and occur within 3 days of treatment. Flu-like symptoms may be reduced by taking acetaminophen or ibuprofen after the treatment. If any of these effects worsen or last more than 4 days, tell your doctor or pharmacist promptly.

Hello Janet5. I took Reclast IV for 2 years. Had some increased aches, chills, fatigue for a couple of days. Had another spinal fracture and have since received Prolia twice yearly. Best of luck to you. As I am in the 8th year of Prolia, I will resume the Reclast next year and then resume Prolia.

Yes, I have a doctor I trust, and after discussing why I didn't want to take other drug options, I will be going on Reclast, after my insurance program oks it.

I had my first Reclast a year ago and am due for another this month. I have had no side effects. None whatsoever. However, gather all the information you can and then make the decision that is right for you.
