Has Anyone Had Experience With Chiropractors To Help With Osteoporosis And Osteoarthritis Pain?… I Have Both
That’s a great question ! I have osteoporosis, spinal stenosis , and RA, as a suggestion I would look into therapeutic massages , could have the same effects without manipulating your bones which are fragile…talk with your provider for the best decision….Gentle stretches are an option to start with , make a stable area for yourself…🌹
@A MyOsteoTeam Member, YES MY Chiropractor applies gentle pressure to my spine & neck & shoulders.
She does acupuncture for my arthritic knees. I have been going for over 20 years. My spine straightens, but it goes back again, esp. if I don't do my exercises given by my physical therapist. I have bad scoliosis as well.
Im thinking that a chiropractor might apply gentle stretching on my spine. Is that what your chiropractor does with you?
I go to a chiropractor once a month. She knows I have osteoporosis & a shrinx on my spinal cord in neck area.
Thank you
