@A MyOsteoTeam Member hello I am mostly doing much better and I have been recovering a lot better from falls and almost being run over by a speeding car and I stepped back to avoid being run over and I toppled onto my backside and back onto bulging discs and I hit the back of my head and I had Concussion and a few new fractures and I was in the hospital for 5 days

It happened on my way home from the bus stop early in July.

Yes I have been walking more often and have been eating healthy meals but my balance is still compromised

I wish I could say that exercise and eating properly for osteoporosis worked for me, but it didn't, and I went on Evenity for a year. That worked very well, but I would not give up eating properly and exercising, that will always be important. Strength and balance will always be beneficial.

So sorry to hear about your fall, spending 5 days in the hospital would be terrible. Hope you are recovering well, you are in my prayers!
