Thanks. But I head that Calcium Citrate was hard on your heart and stomach. I was told to take the Algea CAl or something that's thats not made of rock.

Hi Brenda. See if you can find the generic version of Calcium Carbonate. It’s absorbed better. Also- if you are still taking Fosamax after all this time, that might be bothering you too. Good luck.
