Sorry, I don't want to sound negative, but I am not sold on this product. I just went to their website and looked through their information. The studies they used to verify their calcium was done on mice, not women.
I have read on several reputable websites that you should NOT take calcium and magnesium at the same time, because they fight for absorption, and that we should take them at least 2 hours apart from each other. This supplement has them both in it, to take at the same time.

because they fight each other for absorption, and I know that many companies put them together because they just don't know, or don't care.
It sells to more people better because they think they can get it "all" in one pill
